For those of you who have been having problems with the camera, like I have, it seems Blizz did some changes last patch. To have it not follow terrain like before go to Interface/Camera and in the drop down box “Camera Following Style” choose “never adjust camera”.

This stops it from following terrain completely…which unchecking the follow terrain button no longer does.
